Tim McGraw:
Honorary Chairman

When recording the album Live Like You Were Dying, Tim McGraw knew just what he wanted, especially after the success of Tim McGraw and the Dancehall Doctors, which he and his longtime touring band had recorded in a mountaintop studio in upstate New York.

The group produced an album (which debuted at #1 on both the Pop and Country album charts, with sales of 766,000) that has already given his impressive career another stellar moment. The title track first single, "Live Like You Were Dying," became one of his fastest rising singles ever and stayed atop the charts for ten weeks, the longest stretch in thirty years. The song is a personal one for McGraw, having lost his father Tug McGraw during the recording process.

Collectively, McGraw's achievements are as remarkable as they are numerous: nine albums spawning 25 #1 singles and selling 33 million copies, tours that are consistent financial and entertainment successes and scores of awards, including a 2001 CMA Entertainer of the Year nod, two Grammy Awards and the 2004 People's Choice Award for Favorite Male Musical Performer. This year kicked off with a Grammy for Country Album of the Year for Live Like You Were Dying, as well as song nominations. His duet with Nelly, "Over and Over," stayed atop the urban charts for 12 weeks.

But for all the success and accolades that have come his way, you can hear in his voice that his family is the key to real happiness in his life. His most prized life possessions are his precious daughters with wife Faith Hill and their hopes and dreams to be supportive parents. "As fast as it's moving, we know we've got a good life. We're very blessed, just very fortunate to have the things we have."
